Creating a Gift Up Account

GiftUp is a great way to offer our clients a customized and professional gift certifiate. The platform is amazing at tracking certificates, customization and delivery. 

This is a pay-as-you-go service so it is free to set up and you will only pay a fee if you sell a cerfitificate. GiftUp charges 3.49% of the total sale. Which may seem high but the majority of gift cards sold are never redeemed so it's definitely worth it. 

Step #1: Go to GiftUp to create a new account >>
Step #2: Click on "Settings" in the lower left hand navigation menu

Step #3: Click on 'Business' see below and complete all the business settings and hit 'Save'

Step #5: Select "Payment methods" and connect your Stripe Account.

Step #6: Select "Email Settings" and customized to match your business details.

Step #7: Continue through the rest of the settings, clicking on each one and updating your preferences.
