Gift Cards

Awesome! You've sold a Gift Card...now what? 

Here's how to add a Gift Card coupon code so your students can redeem their gift card and access the training classes. 

Step 1: Click the "Payments" tab in the left-hand navigation menu. 

Step: 2: Click on the "Coupons" tab

Step 3: Click the BLUE "Create Coupon" button in the upper right-hand corner.

Step 4: In the Coupon Name Field box, add " Gift Card" so you know this was a gift certificate redemption in the future. 

Step 5: Add the Gift Card Voucher code in the "Coupon Code" field box 

(found in your email from GiftUP! or login to your GiftUP! account to see your gift card order)

Step 6: ALWAYS choose a fixed coupon and NEVER choose a Percentage coupon.

Step 7: Select your start date as today

Step 8: Leave the time and end date empty

Step 9: Check the box " Limit the total number of times the coupon can be redeemed" and add a "1" so the gift code can only be used one time.

Step 10: Check the box "Limit to selected products on which the coupon can be applied"

Step 11: From the drop-down menu, select the class that was purchased on the Gift card and click "Create"
