Refund a payment without logging in to Stripe

Step #1: Click the "Payments" tab in the left-hand navigation menu.
Step #2: Click the "Transactions" tab in the top navigation menu.
Step #3: Search the customer name or email you need to refund.
Step #4: Click on the three dots on the right side of the contact and select "Refund" from the drop-down menu.
Step #5: Choose the amount you need to refund, full or partial. Add notes if needed, and click click the refund button.
