How to Email a Text 2 Pay Link

If you have a customer who is interested in a add-on, extra class or wants to add a friend you can send a payment link in seconds from the Warrior Cloud dashboard, or app. 

How to send an Email link from the Warrior Cloud dashboard:

Step 1: Click on the "Contacts" link in the left hand navigation menu

Step 2: Search for the contact you want to send an email of text 2 pay link to

Step 3: Choose email or text to send the link by starting a new message.
Note: if the contact doesn't have a phone number or email in their account it will not show as an option. 

Step 4: Click the little payment circle icon

Step 5: Fill in the information and amount requested

Step 6: Click the "Copy Link and Mark as Sent" Button

Step 7: You can change the message, or add before sending.
Once you are happy with your message, click the green "Send now button"
