How to Check Student's Course Progress in the Course Vault
View how much of a course a student has completed (needed for chargebacks & refunds)

If you receive a chargeback or a student requests a refund and you need to view how much of the course a student has completed you can find that information easily by following these steps.
> Click on Warrior Sites in the left menu
> Click on "Memberships" link
In the upper navigation menu click on "courses" then select "Student Reporting" from the drop-down menu
Then click on Course Progress
Click on the course thumbnail of the course you are wanting to view student progress.
Find the Student by typing in the student's full name or email in the search box. You can view how many logins the student has made and the percentage of course completed.
Click on the student's name open the exact details and which sections they completed.
