How to manually reset a student's password

If a Student contacts you because they can't get logged in you can reset their password fast and easily.
Step 1: On the left-hand menu navigate to > Contacts
Step 2: Search the student's name in the contact search box.
Step 3: Open the student's contact card by clicking on the student's name. Scroll down to "Offers" and click the blue link "Change Password.
Step 4: Click on "Generate a strong password," and check the box "Also, send an email notification." and then click the "Reset Password" button.
