How to Send a Text 2 Pay Link in App

If you have a customer who is interested in a add-on, extra class or wants to add a friend you can send a payment link in seconds from the Warrior Cloud dashboard, or app. 

Here is how you can send a Text-2-Pay link from your Warrior Cloud App.

Step 1: Select the Contacts Icon on the lower right hand corner or the app.

Step 2: Click on the Magnifying glass to search your contacts and locate the contact you're looking for.

Step 3: After selecting your contact choose either the "Text" icon to send a text or the "Email" icon to send a link via email

Step 4: Start a new message and click the "+" icon. From there you will select the "Request Payment" option

Step 5: Enter in all the details 

Note: You can toggle on or off the link expiration. 

Use case: If you sign up today I will give you $20 off...Toggle the link expiration on and set it to expire today end of day. 

Step 7: Click the "Generate Link" button

Step 8: Add any extra details or messaging to your student. 

Step 9: Send your message by clicking the "Send" icon.

Here is what your students will see when they receive your message. They can pay super fast and easy :)
